Newsletters
Newsletters are great for maintaining regular contact with your customers and contacts. Make sure in every Issue it is clear:
- How to subscribe and un subscribe ,change subscribed address.
- Suggest that they send or forward your newsletter to a colleague or friend.
- That you have a clear feedback address.
- That it is formatted properly !
- If using HTML make sure ALL your subscribers can read it!
